How do I know if my donut bed is going to be the right size?

Don't stress... we offer a 30 day size fit guarantee. The round beds are sized M/L at 65cm diameter. They are ideal for small & medium dogs who like to curl up or lie on their back. The bolster sides are dense and squishy so create a sofa like pet bed. 

The round bed is her favourite bed... Luna weighs 10kg and is 35cm tall. She is 50cm (from neck to tail) 

How to maintain my bed?

Using a pet blanket can prolong your bed life and can also prevent stains. Determining how often to wash your dogs’ bed is dependent on:

• Your dog's activities e.g if your dog has rolled in fox poop and it transferred onto the bed then it needs washing!
• Allergies - if you or your dog has them then you should wash it more often.
• How much your dog sheds hair, more hair means potentially more washes.

The general consensus is that beds' should be washed once a week and maybe twice a week dependent on the factors above. If your dogs bed smells, then wash it. Likewise if your dog has been on a particularly dirty walk and transferred that dirt to the bed then wash it.

Delivery methods and time?

We send our products using Hermes. The standard shipping rate is £4.50. We cannot guarantee a delivery date, we have been advised that items on this option will be with you within 3 working days. Orders placed after 4.30pm will be processed the next day. 

Please allow an extra 3-5 days for personalised items. 

If you order a bed with a blanket, you will receive free shipping  

We also offer express, which aims for a 1 day delivery £10.50 (including Saturday), providing the order is placed before 3pm. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes we do. Standard economy service is £13-20. Shipping rates are calculated based on the dimensions and weight of your shipment and the shipping address. Any queries please contact us before placing your order info@lunawithme.co.uk

Will I need to pay customs and import taxes?

If you have ordered internationally (including Europe) your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches the destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and are unable to predict the amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Can I return/exchange my item? 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the  proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lunawithme.co.uk If your return is accepted, we will confirm the return address. Please note that postage costs are non refundable. 

Items marked as "sale" or "personalised" cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange.
